Serve Globally

Whether it’s writing a check to help persons recover from a tsunami, collecting books for Zimbabwe, fixing homes in Appalachia, providing medical care in Guatemala, or hosting the African Children’s Choir, we want to be God’s loving presence where ever we can.

Good Samaritan has helped settle refugee families from Vietnam, Somalia, Bosnia, Liberia, and Tibet. We also work through organizations like such as the Appalachia Service Project (ASP) and we partner with local groups for other opportunities–medical trips, relief efforts, teaching etc. As these opportunities arise throughout the year, they will be posted on this page.
