When two members of our congregation heard that many girls in Kenya couldn’t afford to purchase sanitary napkins, causing them to miss school during menstruation leading to many of them dropping out of school, the two women enlisted members of Good Samaritan and the surrounding community to cut and sew 850 reusable sanitary napkins that were taken to Kenya and distributed to girls.

The feedback we have received was very positive. The girls who received the SaniNaps had perfect school attendance the rest of the year!
