Brad Carlin
Director of Homeward Bound
Brad has served as keyboardist, co-lead vocalist, and leader of Homeward Bound, the church’s house band, since the early 1990s. A lifelong volunteer and semi professional musician, Brad serves as musical and business director for the group, curating its repertoire, leading rehearsals, and coordinating its internal and external performance schedules. Brad also volunteers weekly on piano and vocals at two local memory care facilities, and is currently working towards a Masters in Music Therapy (MMT) and board certification as a music therapist (MTBC). In his spare time, Brad enjoys downhill skiing, travel, and searching craft breweries for the perfect peanut butter porter. He is extremely grateful for his long and close ties to Homeward Bound and Good Sam, which is he lucky to have as sources of strength, joy, peace, and comfort in times of trouble.
