Remember Who You Are

In times when change swirls around you, leaving you unstable and unsure, it is good to remember where you have come from in order to focus you for where you are going. In times of trouble and strife, it is good to remember the troubles which you have already overcome. In times of concern, it is good to remember your times of joy. In times like these when the world seems filled with chaos, it is good to remember who you are as God’s beloved people.
This Lent, come remember who indeed we are, and whose we are. Biblical stories, Methodist stories, and local church stories will be shared so as to ground and empower us for the times we face today. We will be gathering as Christ’s followers after worship on Sunday mornings, and on Tuesday mornings. Choose whichever time works best for you, or feel free to alternate between the two.
